A fun, hands-on evening where couples learn to make classic Greek gyros, prepare a loaf pan of gyro meat to take home, enjoy freshly made gyros with traditional toppings, start with saganaki (flaming cheese and warm baguette), and finish with Portakalopita, an orange cake from Crete made with phyllo dough.
